No, there are no costs, no fees, no service charges, nothing.
Well, the only thing that costs are the camera drivers from olympus which are not under the GPLv3 license.
You can do what ever you want with MediSnap, except if you redistribute MediSnap (that means if someone else gets a copy of MediSnap from you), in which case you have to obeye the GPLv3 license.
